<p>my friend, <a href="evenyoga.com">celine</a>, posted this on facebook, which compelled me to like and share it on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/jennpesce">my own page</a>.&nbsp; for some reason it really speaks to me, so here i am sharing it again.&nbsp; i think it's an amazing reminder that while it's important to live in the moment, if you let the stressful moments pass, everything turns out just as it should in the end. and now i think it is time to add bob marley to my yoga playlist....</p>

<p>it's only the beginning of the week, are you feeling 'whelmed already?&nbsp; (ok, maybe that's my inner narrative) instead of freezing up and dwelling in the stress, tap into your yoga.&nbsp; be present, even if just for a minute at a time.&nbsp; don't bother worrying about what might happen, it's a waste of time. and remember where your mind goes your breath follows, so bring your thoughts to your breath and there you'll be - present.</p>
