live the yoga, even if you are not on the mat. try monotasking. as a known multitasker myself, it can be hard to put down my phone or tablet, as i always have the urge to stay up-to-the second on my twitter feeds, fb updates and my new latest obsession, words with friends. so try it. shut off your devices and focus on the present. bring your attention to the person, place, thing, feeling or emotion that is your present moment.
