i often hear folks say that they can't do yoga by themselves at home. my best advice is to start simple - just a few minutes a day (think 5-10 minutes) can really make a difference.
i am indeed a yoga dork, and as a way to help me study, i like to draw stick figures. so follow my new little friend, 'stick,' and practice this version of sun salutations. aka surya namaskar, sun salutations are a great way to get an all-over body warmup. start a daily practice with 3+ rounds each morning to wake you up and get you going!
