it's only the beginning of the week, are you feeling 'whelmed already? (ok, maybe that's my inner narrative) instead of freezing up and dwelling in the stress, tap into your yoga. be present, even if just for a minute at a time. don't bother worrying about what might happen, it's a waste of time. and remember where your mind goes your breath follows, so bring your thoughts to your breath and there you'll be - present.
