choose your challenge (30 days at a time)

this inspiring video is really helping me get over my resolution block in this new year. since a year seems so long for my fickle mind, i realize that i need to start smaller and maybe just maybe i can stretch out my challenges longer each time i choose one!

my first 30-day challenge starting today 1/2/2012 - is to give up processed sugar - that means no yummy cookies, cakes, chocolate, etc.  instead of eating these, i will opt for fresh and dried fruits.  my approach will be treating every day like the first day.  well, here i go.... what will you choose?
