baby yoga

because yoga is not age-discriminant (and with all of this crazy weather in nyc), baby yoga is the topic of the day.  super bendy, because not all of their bones have hardened, babies are natural born yogis!  check out my pal, bex, and her uber adorable baby girl, summer, for a simple routine.  if you have no babies to try this quick routine with, try it with yourself and then smile.
