be a work in progress

be a work in progress.... don't worry about perfection, just make sure you're headed in the direction that makes you feel good, right, happy.

the yoga lesson:  in other words, consider this post another gentle reminder that wherever you are is ok and where you need to be to get to where you want to go. so chin up little yogi, you can do it :)

Erin Fortney linked to this post on Google+ so I came on over. ;-) She said it was a good reminder about being okay with yourself, wherever you are. I agree.

Thanks, Jenn!
