Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 2:20PM at times it seems like our minds are going a million miles a minute, as if what's in your head isn't even connected to what else is going on in your body. so in hopes of staying in the moment and in your body, don't stress that your mind might wander, instead just try to keep your focus.
