clap-asana

take one hand and bring your other hand to meet it, repeat rapidly.

clapasana.

some days you need a cheerleader, a pepp rally or maybe just a cute bunny to get you through the rough spots. 

today, instead of tearing yourself down and being your worst critic, be your own biggest fan and practice some clapasana to get you going.
