yoga to fight dis-ease

more and more studies are surfacing praising the many healing and preventative benefits of yoga (yay!).  but if you simplify all of that calculated, closely documented research, what it really comes down to is that yoga helps you to find ease in your own body.  so it clearly makes sense (no doctoral degree required) that yoga is the antithesis of disease, which can be broken down to dis (to deprive of) + ease (the freedom of being comfortable).

so perhaps instead of an apple, it's really an asana a day that keeps the doctor away...
