a yoga sandbox moment

some folks make yoga out to be all serious and in some cases yoga snobbery sets in and yogis begin judging other yogis when they share that yoga gives them something perhaps physical or dare i say it, even something funny and not so serious.  i for one enjoy a good giggle and i like to help others find their inner playfulness as well - or what yoga instructor, stephanie culen, refers as "a sandbox moment," which she encourages everyone to find at least once everytime they practice. 

here's an off-the-mat sandbox moment that was shared by one of my lovely co-workers (thanks am!) and i felt like i would be doing the world an injustice if i did not share it.  so press play and get ready for a chuckle.
