find space anywhere

new construction starting on bleecker streettake a page from the book of nyc real estate and apply it to your yoga practice...

just like squeezing in another whole building on what appears to be an already crowded street, find more length, lift and freedom in a pose that challenges you with just a few wiggles, deep breaths and positive outlook.  see what opens up, you may be in for a surprise.
