"anything is peaceful from one thousand, three hundred and fifty-three feet." 

yes, a quote from ferris bueller, but also a great reminder that things seem more perfect, peaceful or better from afar.  when you find yourself in a jam, take a step back to see the bigger picture.  for example, don't get stumped over not being able to do one pose, appreciate how great you felt after finishing your whole practice.
