your daily intention - KISS

this concept is a tribute to my 11th grade english teacher who would always encourage me to KISS my writing (keep it simple sweetie).  for my daily yoga practice, i try to do the same; dedicating it to a single theme - like my breath or learning to let go of what i can and only using what i need, so that i can get more in touch with my present self rather than having my thoughts drift to the past or the future (no worries, that's just human nature.)

a site that i love for inspiration is tinybuddha.com

what intention do you always come back to?
