Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 7:30AM one part of being mindful in your practice is by finding your symmetry. there is always going to be one side that is tighter or stronger or more flexible, so in your practice spend some extra time on the side of your body that needs a little more attention to feel like the other. ultimately, in the end you will find your center, your inner balance.
