survive savasana even in the freezing cold ac

hot summer heat can make it a challenge when your yoga class morphs from a steamroom into an icebox (commonplace for gym yoga).  while ac can feel wonderful, it can also cool you down too quickly especially if you enter savasana all sweaty.  the thick blankets that are so warm and cozy in the winter become itchy and too hot in the summer (or is that just me?).

what to do?  opt for a lighter weight covering, like this prayer shawl which is part of a new line of merchandise that just rolled out in tandem with the eat, pray, love movie.

the yoga deal:  for $9.99 this prayer shawl will keep the shivers away in savasana.
