a new mantra i am adopting/stealing from michael taylor :)

in sunday's training (session #6) we explored sequencing and how to guide your students through poses in a way that makes sense.  but the most important thing to remember is not so much the pose or its textbook alignment, but rather your breath.  as mike put it, "your muscles and your mind work better when you are breathing."
