sprouted carbs

if you enjoy bread, but are trying your darndest to stay away from refined sugars and flours, then reach for sprouted bread the next time you're shopping the loaves.  sprouted bread is super tasty (no sacrificing for flavor here) and also has tons of benes that are harder to come by in flour bread.

sprouted bread is flourless (not gluten-less) and is often considered to be live food since it is the most unrefinded type of bread out there.  it is made from whole grains and legumes that have sprouted before they are ground up to make the bread, so you get the max amount of vitamins and nutrients per slice.  flourless sprouted bread is also low in saturated fats and low on the glycemic index, plus there are no preservatives in the mix (so make sure you keep your loaf in the fridge for freshness).  and lastly, it's sprouted bread is easier to digest!

toast it up for breakfast!  a personal fave of mine is a slice of food for life ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin bread with a teaspoon of raw almond butter on it.
