clementines, the lil cousins of the orange, are in season (and usually on sale), making them the perfect holiday treat (often nicknamed, 'christmas oranges')! add some vitamin c (to fight the common cold) and a some natural sweetness to the dessert tray (without the refined sugar this season) with a box of clementines! if you have fruit-lovers on your list, just slap a bow on a box of clementines (that's how they come at the grocery store) and you're all set!
