another reason to love ginger

true story, i love ginger.  gingerbread, ginger tea, ginger ale, ginger in and on basically anything.

in addition to the flavor, there are other holistic reasons to love ginger, some of the most commonly known being an aid to cure the common cold and to alleviate indigestion (remember, having ginger ale when you had an upset tummy?).  now in a new study done by the university of georgia (usa) ginger has been found to be a pain reliever - reducing pain and inflammation in the body when ginger is eaten (either raw or cooked) on a daily basis.  this is great news for yogis and other athletes who get muscle aches!
